Founded by Dr. Xia Zeng, LAc, PT, a dedicated healer and educator, ZENg Life Cultivation is a sanctuary for those seeking balance, pain relief, and vibrant health through integrative medicine, lifestyle changes, and mindful movement. Dr. Zeng is a licensed physical therapist, acupuncturist, and faculty member at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College-Berkeley (Austin Branch). With decades of clinical expertise, she blends evidence-based care with the ancient art of healing, helping individuals rediscover their body's innate wisdom and restorative power.   ZENg Life Cultivation offers health consulting and educational services designed to enhance body awareness, promote healing, and improve overall quality of life. A one-on-one health session based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Life Cultivation (Yang Sheng).

What to Expect:

  • A full assessment of your body, emotions, daily habits, and environment to find the root causes of health issues.

  • Personalized wellness plan—tailored to your needs, including:

    • Therapeutic lifestyle adjustments

    • Posture correction & body mechanics

    • Breathing exercises

    • Acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, or tuina (as needed)

  • Practical guidance from Dr. Zeng during your visit.

Guided Meditation and Relaxation

Our classes blend Qigong and Tai Chi with physical therapy science to help you:

  • Boost energy, focus, and relaxation

  • Prevent aches and stiffness with gentle, smart movement

  • Move with ease at any age

 

What We Teach:

  • Qigong Styles:

    • Eight Brocades (classic energy-boosting exercises)

    • Muscle-Tendon Change Classic (strength & flexibility)

    • Six Healing Sounds (breathwork for balance)

  • Tai Chi Forms:

    • 8, 16, and 24 Forms (step-by-step flowing movements)

  • Sheng Zhen Meditation (heart-centered relaxation)
